I don't know if this is the same for girls (although most of my readers are girls, so maybe one of you lovely ladies can fill me in), but if I may make this assumption:
a tingle under the arms = a need for hugs
a heavy, full feeling in chest = a need for cuddles
That's what I feel. Am I right?
